Colossians 3:13
Forgiveness is like breathing. When you don't forgive, it's like you're not breathing. You torture yourself, you suffocate yourself. When you forgive, forgiveness becomes like the air you breathe freely to nourish your heart, body and mind. Whether it's your family member, friend or enemy who has wronged you, Jesus tells us to forgive them all. Don't keep count of their wrongdoings, learn to let go and forget. For this is the will of God for us. Amen
